Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of products sold on this marketplace, Dark Web Market Supply operates a strict no-return policy on opened or used products. We can only replace items if it is clear that they have suffered damage in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct product and quantity before opening.
Exception Protocols
Transit Damage
If the exterior packaging is compromised or products are damaged upon receipt, a replacement or refund may be issued. Condition: Photographic evidence of the damage (outer packaging and internal product) must be submitted via support ticket within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Item Shipped
In the event of an incorrect item being shipped (product mismatch), Dark Web Market Supply will facilitate an exchange. Return shipping for the incorrect item will be covered by us. Please contact support immediately.
Failed / Duplicate Payment
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are only processed in cases of failed payments, duplicate charges, or product unavailability. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your order details and transaction hash.
Customs & Compliance
SHP-04Every country has different laws regarding the importation of certain products. We ship to most countries worldwide, but we cannot ship some products to certain destinations. Parcels to international destinations may be subject to customs procedures.
Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify that ordered products are permitted in their destination country. Dark Web Market Supply is not liable for items seized by customs or destroyed due to local import prohibitions. No refunds will be issued for customs-seized goods.

- Duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.

- Once your order has shipped, we have no control over carrier delays. Tracking details are provided via email upon dispatch.
